A bit difficult to navigate…
A bit difficult to navigate through/enter updates unless you use this on a regular basis. Once the memory kicks in, it's a GREAT tool for making easy changes/adding necessary information.

several clunky features
There are several clunky features I did not like.
(1) My first issue was that when editing text, the font would change from Times New Roman to Arial within the edit box. The user had to "tell" the computer to switch back to Times New Roman.
(2) Another issue I spotted is that if I want to italicize ONE word on a line of text, the entire line will become italicized. This was cured by deleting the italicized word, then creating a separate text box with the italicized word in it. The italic text box was dropped into the line of text with the plain text around it.
(3) When editing text, the size of text will drop down a size or two. The writer must "bump" up the text size with the upward arrow to get it to match the text in the original document.
Otherwise, I like using PDFfiller. Of course, PDF editing is not as simple as ordinary word editing. Or perhaps PDF editing gets easier after continual practice.

I wanted to merge multiple PDFs to make a unique Journal. but BOOK BOLT didn't have that feature, I was disappointed.. Then I was watching a YouTube video and it mentioned this PDF editor.. Great customer support! I was unable to use the service for all the forms I needed, so cancelled within the free trial period. I deleted account, but was still charged. I sent a message to support team and within a few minutes, ***** refunded and made sure account was cancelled! Very impressed!

How do I send a document to a fax machine?
Select “Internet Fax” from the Send menu. An email message opens with your document attached as an image file. Type the recipient's fax number in the To section and click the “Send” button. Office sends the email to the Internet fax service, which then forwards it to the recipient's fax machine.
How do you enter a fax number?
To send a fax with your fax machine: Place the document you want to send in the document feeder. There is usually a small icon that will show which was is face up for sending your document. Enter the fax number you want to send to, including and extensions to dial externally, and any international dialing codes.
What is a fax number example?
Fax numbers in the US and Canada have the exact same format of a phone number. As a matter of fact they are phone numbers. A 10 digit format will be something like that 212-555-1234. In an eleven digit format add a leading 1 for example: 1-212-555-1234.
How many digits is a fax number?
To dial a fax number within the same area code, only the 8-digit number is dialed, for a total of 8 digits. To dial the same fax number from within a different area code, a leading '0' is dialed, then the area code (1 digit), then the eight digit local number, for a total of 10 digits.
What is fax number?
A fax number is just a phone number that has a fax machine (or fax service, fax server, computer with fax software, etc.) connected to it. Some fax machines have a phone that can be used to test the connectivity of the phone line or to make phone calls.
How do you write a fax number?
Write the area code of the fax number. Place the area code in parentheses, though this is not necessary. Write a hyphen or period after the last number in the area code with no spaces before it if you choose not to use parentheses. Write the three-digit prefix of the fax number.
Do fax numbers have letters?
A Fax number can contain Alphabets. The Alphabets would automatically be translated into numbers when the number is dialed by anyone from a Dial Pad which has both Alphabets and Numbers on it. For example, the word CITY would get dialed as 2484.
Do you need to enter a 1 when faxing?
Dial a leading '1' when sending a fax only if you would dial a '1' for a regular phone call. As fax works over the phone network, all fax numbers are simply phone numbers and should be dialed the same way as a regular phone call. When calling long distance within the United States and Canada: The leading '1' is added.
