Just needed access to a quick fillable PDF for SOAP notes when my office management software with builtin SOAP notes crashed. It is filling a need for the moment, doubtful I will continue. It seems like a nice program but the diagram on the SOAP notes is too cumbersome to mark with the given symbols on the chart as, so far, I have seen no way to actually mark the figure on the chart with the same symbols electronically. There are some symbols available, like the check, circle and line but they are not like the ones on the actual symbol chart. If there was a more expedient way to use those same symbols I might actually be very interested in using this.

I love this program! I am in an area where I do not have a land line or ability to fax and now I can! I also love the feature where I can erase and correct documents without having to recreate the entire document.

This is a very handy program to have access to when you need employee signatures, but they work in different locations throughout the country. It eliminates the need for faxes or snail mail.

I am not computer techy - and I have been able to figure this out to do what we need. I am sure there are features that I have not figured out yet - but I stay very busy @ work so doing a webinar would be tricky to schedule.

A good program (and nice people)
A good program, a bit too comprehensive for me (in some ways), and a few (to me) important features were missing.
After my trial period, I was accidentally invoiced for a full year, the support department solved that nicely.

How do I get stamp certified?
Obtain Application Forms from ASHE. Sign a Service Agreement with an Authorized Inspection Agency (AIR) Submit Application Forms to ASHE and transfer Fees. Purchase ASHE Code Books.
How do you verify stamps?
All US postage stamps are coated with an invisible pageant that is detectable under ultraviolet light. When letters are inducted into the cancellation process they are also scanned by a UV light.
How can you tell a fake forever stamp?
Genuine stamps (see bottom stamps in attached picture) are printed on tagged paper that glows yellow-green under a shortwave UV light (black light), while counterfeit stamps (see top stamps received from this seller in attached picture) are not printed on tagged paper and exhibit a bright bluish glow.
How does post office know stamps are real?
Genuine stamps will have the following anti-fraud features: Die cuts within the body of the stamps. The words 'Royal Mail' printed in a special ink across the surface of the stamp. Wider oval perforations along both sides, close to the base of the stamp.
How can I check a tracking number?
Enter the USPS tracking number (to find it, simply look at the bottom of a shipping label) in the search bar. Do not include any dashes or spaces. Click on Check Status. View the scan history and status information of your package.
How do I know if a certified letter was delivered?
Over the Internet at www.usps.com by entering the USPS Tracking® number shown on the mailing receipt. By telephone using the item's USPS Tracking number. By bulk electronic file transfer for mailers who provide an electronic manifest to the USPS.
