When I realized I had been charged for their services, I immediately emailed them and they processed the refund right then. This is great. We don't have a printer and with the Covid shutdown, we can't just run to friends house to print like we used to. Using PDFfiller, We don't have to print at all, we just fill out the form online and send it off completed.
