When I first signed up, I only wanted a personal account. They system did not provide me with an option to choose, that I could see, between accounts. It automatically signed me up for professional and now I have to jump through a few hoops to cancel the pro and sign up for personal.

I can use it on the GO and there is no need for me to have a printer.
It's very easy to use and I can just access anywhere, All I have to do is simply just fill it out, save it and email it.... Who needs a printer.

PDF filler has been a true hero for me and my daughters competition projects and has placed first!
It is very easy to use and convenient! I love how there are many options for fonts and sizes and how easy it is to print the document and save it!
Sometimes when I print out the documents it is really tiny and hard to read. This is the only con to using this product that I can think of.

Best customer service ever
Best customer service ever! I accidentally signed for a year and it cost me an amount of money I can't afford (it doesn't seem much, but when your local currency is way behind USD, it greatly hurts your wallet). After reaching Rachel on pdfFiller's customer service team, they not only refunded me but also waived a month of free access. I couldn't be happier of using it! Fast and great service
Fast and great service. Program was great but we didn't really have use for it. We forgot to cancel after our trial and was charged. Totally our fault. I contacted them and they handled this immediately. Talk about fast service. 😊 Thanks again.
