I don't know why each time I do a function, I have to go back to MY Forms. It would be easier to save or print and stay where I am. Also, when I update a form, the original creation date stays instead of the updated date.

i have tried 3 other pdf software for… i have tried 3 other pdf software for converting and this is by far the easiest one to use and being able to upload/merge 5 docs at time speeds up the process ....amazing - very impressed

The Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (BETA) is one of the several United States Uniform Acts proposed by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws (ACCUSE).
The BETA has been adopted by 47 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. The three states that have not adopted the BETA (New York, Illinois, and Washington) have all adopted similar laws making electronic signatures legally enforceable.
The Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (BETA) is one of the several United States Uniform Acts proposed by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws (ACCUSE). Forty-seven states, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Virgin Islands have adopted the BETA.
The DESIGN Act is a federal act, which means it affects people who do business online in all 50 states. The BETA, meanwhile, has been adopted on a state-by-state basis. Individual states have the option to adopt or reject the guidelines presented in the act.
DESIGN was enacted into law on June 30, 2000, and took effect October 1, 2000. Lastly, DESIGN applies to federal law and preempts any inconsistent state law, with the proviso that if a state adopts BETA without amendment, DESIGN will not preempt that enactment.
Electronic contracts, or e-contracts, must meet the same basic requirements (agreement, consideration, contractual capacity, and legality) as paper contracts. Disputes concerning e-contracts, however, tend to center on contract terms and whether the parties voluntarily agreed to those terms.
e-agreements is the standard electronic procedure for the edition of exchange agreements. This procedure enables both institutions to work on the same agreement draft and can be used by all Institutions of Higher Education through movement. The communication is carried out completely automatically by email.
