At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. I like it.. I just can't figure out if I can fill a docment and save it and go back and change it. I also don't like that it is challenging to get data squarely in the center of each square in form. Even if you try to do one square at time so you can manipulate, it connects them and then you can only use them as one field.

I wanted to get the discount and pay for the whole year, not sure, it wasn't clear weather I actually paid that way or am paying for a month at a time? Need to make that easier to understand and make sure you are paying the way you want for the discount. You can do a follow up survey only if you are on the line when you call -

Quick and easy editing features. Not sure how to utilized the signing of documents feature, but will figure it out. I also would like to delete old docs no longer needed. An online class for the software use would be appreciated.

Easy to work with and fast responding time. I did not use it as much as I thought, and thought I had canceled it but apparently did not. They helped and refunded the money without question in a very quick time.

Easy to find fast and proficient chat support
My issue is resolved in under 5 minutes.. I was able to speak with a live confidence human being in under 30 seconds.. I was charged for subscription that I forgot I had subscribed to and I no longer needed and the chat agent Kara had my problem resolved in no time. Locating this chat support option was easy and not hidden amongst FAQs or literature used to distract and deter you from reaching out
