Filling out form was fine. I felt like I should have been told there was a cost associated with use before I filled out form, not when I finished. At that point I didn't feel like handwriting everything, so I paid for subscription. I can't justify spending $72.00 a year for something I will seldom use. Wish I would have known up front this was not free.

Easy way to fill in forms online
Easy to get things filled in and returned to customers without having to print, write and then scan or fax back. Saves a lot of time in getting payment information from guests.
This software doesn't really do anything else except for fill in PDF files. If this is all you need then great but it would be nice if it could do some other tasks with PDF files as well.

Excellent Customer Service from PDFfiller staff, Kara
I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. She is worthy of commendation and has greatly affected my first impression of PDFfillers. She was exceptional, skillful and most amazing in resolving all the issues i ever mentioned. They were super helpful to me when I accidentally subscribed. They voided the transaction and were understanding. I really appreciate this because there are too many other automatic subscriptions that would not have been as forgiving.
