it is good but finding documents is difficult, and the UI is a little bit hard to use at first. Double clicking on a document should open it, but it doesn't.

Alignment is sometimes different on the document than what prints. Can take a little trial and error to make it align perfectly.

This software has solved many problems for a few clients, well done.
Being able to host the forms online for anyone to fill out, which is something that I couldn't find with any other software.
No way to remove the flow of fields, you are just able to move the order around, which is very annoying as well.

How do you jump to a bookmark in Word?
On the Edit menu, point to Find, and then click Go To. Undergo to what, click Bookmark. Under Enter bookmark name, click the bookmark that you want. Click Go To, and then click Close to view the bookmark in your document.
How do I bookmark a section in Word?
Add a Bookmark in Word 2010, 2013, and 2016 Then under the Insert tab on the Ribbon, in the Links section, click on Bookmark. A Bookmark dialog comes up, and you can give it a name.
