What do you like best?
I like that I can fill in forms for all of my taxes, and they are saved permanently for future reference.

It is difficult to find a form that I need. I have to do a general google search, then click on the link, and fill in the form, then log into my pdf filler account. Wish it were easier to find specific forms.

What do you like best?
I like that the system is user friendly. It makes the paperwork process for our clients easier which helps us win and retain a lot of business.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the system will not allow me to download the forms I've edited. Sometimes there are glitches in the system that prevent us from logging in and saving documents. Sometimes system can be a bit slow, I notice it more in the afternoon where people may use the system more.

Happy with PDFfiller! PDFfiller makes the documents that individuals within my company need to use frequently, more readily available, an improved option to frequently having to make copies before working with clients. I really appreciate the functionality and ease of use for the product. The fact that it is possible to create a fillable PDF, to be used by multiple people or times. Uploading documents is extremely easy and the layout on the website makes all features easy to find. My absolute favorite thing is that you can sign things by singing from your phone, or saving a signature that you already have saved. My only frustration is that if you download a fillable PDF, even when saving it will a different name, you can't print it with the content. I have found that I have to import the document and then print directly from the website, yet when uploaded the document makes the typed font smaller. Another tricky thing is that if you want to create a fillable PDF you must meticulously go through the document to check and highlight anything that you want to be able to fill information.

Nice to have It's good to know that you can use something like this to fill out your documents. You can add and fill out any document you want. It can be confusing when you are using it. We are using ours online and sometimes you have to wait to do what you want. I have a feeling that it can be faster.

One of the best customer service I’ve… One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced !! My account had a monthly subscription which I thought I cancelled after the free trial but it didn’t seem to work. So I wrote them an email and within minutes they responded and took care of my issue and instantly refunded me the payments for the last 2 months in which my account has been subscribed. I’ve dealt with a lot of customer services over the past year and none has been so quick in responses, friendly and efficient in the same time. If I need a pdf service again, I’ll surely go to them. You may cancel the automatic renewal feature at any time by calling Highlights Customer Service at 1-888-372-6433. If, instead of cancelling your subscription, you only stop its automatic renewal, your subscription will expire on its next annual anniversary date.
Your subscription is managed through your app store account and must be accessed through your device. To turn off automatic renewal, go to the iTunes or Google Play settings and locate Subscriptions. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
Scroll down and tap on Subscriptions. Find the subscription you want to cancel and tap on it. Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom. You'll get a pop-up telling you when the subscription will expire if you cancel, and you can tap Confirm to complete the cancellation.
