I would recommend, with caveats about the cost based on how much it would be used. Many government forms and other PDFs are already fillable, so PDFfiller isn't needed that often for the average person. However, it was very nice to use.

This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. some good some bad cause need to change size of pics as my constant contact only takes jpeg. can't use your address book as i don't use my mac mail use verizon so not friendly with this stuff makes it harder to use overall.

Why can't I fill and sign my PDF?
Make sure that the security settings allow form filling. (See File > Properties > Security.) Sometimes form creators forget to convert their PDFs to interactive forms, or they intentionally design a form you can only fill in by hand. If you can't type in the form fields, then the fields are probably not interactive.
How do you fill and sign a PDF?
Open the PDF document or form that you want to sign. Click the Sign icon in the toolbar. The Fill & Sign tool is displayed. The form fields are detected automatically. Click the Sign icon in the toolbar, and then choose whether you want to add your signature or just initials.
Why is fill and sign greyed out?
2. Edit→Protection→Properties shows that filling of form fields and signing is allowed. 4. However, even after all this, all fields under the “Work with certificates” option in the Fill and Sign sidebar is grayed out.
How do I enable fill and sign in PDF?
Open the PDF document or form that you want to sign. Click the Sign icon in the toolbar. Alternatively, you can choose Tools > Fill & Sign or choose Fill & Sign from the right pane. The Fill & Sign tool is displayed.
How do you add fields to a PDF?
If necessary, right-click the document, and select either the Hand Tool or the Select Tool from the pop-up menu. (Optional) To make form fields easier to identify, click the Highlight Existing Fields button on the document message bar. Click to select options, such as radio buttons.
How do you clear all fields in a PDF?
If you are not in the form editing mode, choose Tools > Prepare Form. In the right-hand pane under Fields or the page view, select the form fields that you want to delete. Right-click and choose To delete, or choose Edit > Delete.
