It's not as intuitive as I hoped to use the mobile apps, and it seems there are many steps to doing the main process which led me to purchase PSF filler--uploading and emailing HIPAA related documents that I've photographed. I'm sure there'll be a learning curve, however, so I am still hopeful.
With two helpful and timely chat guidance, I was able to resolve my problems with scanning and uploading photographed documents quickly. I still wish the mobile app allowed me to rename the document so that I wouldn't have to fiddle with it later in the browser app, but am happy with many other features at this point.

I need fast turnarounds for information as I do not have time to convert content from other platforms. I have little time and money to do things. The PDF filler is cost effective and enables me to convert content in a matter of seconds, rather than hours in some cases.

How do I check my travel voucher status?
Defense Agency employees can check the status of travel vouchers in may. Login and select “Travel Voucher Advice of Payment” from your main menu. Call 1-888-332-7366 (DSN 699-0300) the self-service telephone line to find out if your voucher has been paid.
How long does it take DIAS to process a travel voucher?
Vouchers received April 1 are being processed for payment today (allow 3-5 business days for payment to post in your financial institution account). Travel vouchers are processed in the order they are received.
How long does it take to get your travel voucher paid?
How long after a Travel Voucher gets approved do you get paid? I have had it anywhere from 2 days to 2 months. Usually its 2-3 days.

How many days do you have to submit a travel voucher?
DTS lets you create a voucher before or during your TRY, but you cannot sign it until your trip is complete. DoD's policy mandates travel voucher submission within five working days of returning from TRY. * In this guide, you are a traveler, unless otherwise stated.
How long does DIAS hold your last paycheck?
People, here is the deal: If you are soon to retire or separate from the service, The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DIAS) WILL hold your final paycheck for an audit period of 30 to 45 days AFTER your final day of active duty. Period.
How do I know if my DTS voucher is approved?
Check document status by logging in to DTS. Go to “Official Travel” vouchers or authorization, and then look in the “Sort by Status” column. Or, go to the digital signature page within the document. If you can access to DTS, contact your Defense Travel Administrator (DTA) to check the status of your document.
How long does it take for DTS to be approved?
final approval in DTS 07/30/12, then marked paid on 07/31/12. This means DTS has transmitted the voucher amount to the pay system and the payment should show up in your account in about 2-5 days (between 08/03/12 and 08/06/12) depending on weekends and such.
