In general its an effective tool. I don't like that it will NOT allow you to leave spaces (eg. 1.5/2.0) spaces been typed words. So everthing looks to compact and scrunched in - definatelt a flaw!

I needed this program badly, just in the time for distance learning because of the Corona Virus. It was easy to navigate through and use. My only wish is that I would have found this program years earlier! I will update my rating to include the student (recipient) experience of pdfFiller after they return their first homework assignment.

I cannot find enough praise for the support team at PDFfiller. That the products are exceptional goes without saying, but even the best product can fail without a solid customer service/ support team. Each time I have contacted PDFfiller I have received a prompt response outlining viable solutions and knowledgeable answers. I have noticed that, although this subreddit has 1,000,020 readers, I am not receiving 1,000,020 upvotes on my posts. I'm not sure if this is being done intentionally or if these "friends" are forgetting to click 'upvote'. Either way, I've had enough. I have compiled a spreadsheet of individuals who have "forgotten" to upvote my most recent posts. After 2 consecutive strikes, your name is automatically highlighted (shown in red) and I am immediately notified. 3 consecutive strikes and you can expect an in-person "consultation". Think about your actions.

It took a like while for me to figure out how to do what I wanted to do. But once I did, I was able to create the doc I needed. The part I liked best was the guidelines to put the fillable boxes in line with the other boxes in the document.

Can a city enforce deed restrictions?
In most cities, deed restrictions are purely private and often fairly marginal, adding rules on top of zoning that property owners must follow. In most other cities, deed restrictions are overseen and enforced by a private group like a homeowners' association, funding enforcement through required HOA fees.
Can a deed restriction be enforced?
Who enforces deed restrictions? Before World War II, homeowners often wrote deed covenants that restricted the race and religion of future owners. However, in 1948, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that covenants that impose racial or religious restrictions cannot be enforced.
What happens if you break a deed restriction?
