It is a little hard getting the text to line up on the lines just right, but I figured a few tricks that help. Would have saved me time if I had been shown/told first in a tutorial how to fill it out best.

some forms are not as well created. would be nice to be able to tab between fields. or when clicking in fields that should all be within the same horizontal line it would be nice if they automatically lined up rather than having to be moved like individual text boxes.

Customer service is fantastic, as a result, I will continue using pdf filler and liaising with customer service to improve my experience. I love that they get back to you within 12 hours and that they actually respond to you personally. O did not expect this at all.

Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. Perfect for paperwork
My overall experience would be that I love it and plan to continue using it going forward in life. It's much easier then printing out paperwork, filling it out, scanning it and sending it back to whomever. Its extremely convenient.
I love most that I'm able to edit any pdf and the save and and either email it or print it. There's even a function to sign the pdf right on the computer. Awesome.
I do not like that it sometime freezes. I could be filling out a form and sometimes it'll freeze and automatically refresh and everything I put in is gone so I'd have to start over. It doesn't happen often but has happened to me before.

IRS Filing Made Easy
This service ability to work with the IRS is it's most valuable quality for me. I want to fill out documents quickly and file quickly. I believe this service with allow me to do that.
