What do you like best? Easy to replace text, add images, send for signatures, etc. What do you dislike? The organization of "my documents" is not very intuitive. Also wish there was an option to open the document without downloading. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have been able to complete team documents with multiple signers who are all in remote locations. I am able to rearrange and create valuable reports each month.

What do you like best? I love the ability to create forms from both pdfs and word documents. But the link to fill feature is my favorite. It allows persons to complete a form by simply sharing a link. What do you dislike? The sign now feature needs to be better developed. I need the ability for one person to complete a form and then get it signed by others before being returned to me. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to cut down on printing cost, and have been able to reduce turnover time for gathering information.

Step 1: First open your Word document and go to “File” and then click on “Options”. Step 2: Switch to the “customized Ribbon”. Go to “Choose command from” and select “Commands not in the ribbon” and then “Insert form field”. Step 3: Then go to the right side of the window and then click on “New Group” and then “Add”.
In Word, open a blank document and click the Developer tab. In the Controls group, click the Legacy Form dropdown and choose Drop-Down Form Field. Repeat step 2 to add a second dropdown field.
