At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then
submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to
choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but
the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list.

It's been a nice use-friendly experience overall. I like the way pdf found elsewhere could be easily pulled into (uploaded) the program without a glitch. And I really that all my documents are saved into the same system even those docs complete a few years back. I was pleasantly surprised. I would like to continue learning more about all the features your platform is offering. Especially the signing and sending of docs to others. I sincerely sense these is going to be my 'go-to' platform for many of my pdf needs. I need to keep on top & keep up ;).

The ability to add a template, and utilize the template instead of creating a new document every time.

How do I know if my IOC is stuck?
- When Idols are stuck go to R/3, use Code BD87 and expand 'IOC in inbound Processing' tab for IOC Status type as 64 (IOC ready to be transferred to application). Keep the cursor on the error message (pertaining to IOC type RAREST only) and click Process tab (F8). This will push any stuck IOC on R/3.
How do I reprocess failed Idols?
After checking the error in transaction BD87 and the root cause, it should be possible to reprocess the IOC following the steps below:Got WE19, select IOC and execute. The details will be shown of the IOC. Change the data in the segment as per your requirement. Click on standard inbound process. More items
How do I find out why my IOC failed?
Go to status record to see what has happened with the IOC process. As seen in the picture, the error 68 was because the IOC had status 51 which is caused by application/data error. Look at transaction SM58 for any hanging or error TRC (most of IOC use TRC/Asynchronous). If any check the error message.

In case of outbound flow, IOC is triggered in SAP through document message control which is then sent to EDI subsystem. EDI converts the data from IOC into XML or equivalent format and then sends the data to partner system through Internet. For inbound flow, EDI converts partner data and IOC is created in SAP.
