Blown away. EZ to use once figured out, and quite intuitive. Only a couple surprises where the DOS commands didn't always work e.g. cut and paste. It is great to be able to find government forms I need for my business and able to complete them in such a short time! Going through other services, this proves to be costly (especially at tax time) and the yearly fee I pay is minimal and well worth it!

Uploading documents is extremely slow, and you cannot upload multiple files at the same time.

I've been trying to figure out how to edit .pdf documents for the longest time. This process makes it so easy!

The price should be mentioned up front. You have to pay at the end because the document is important. I'm sure that is intentional. Its a good program so far. I will let you know the final outcome.

This is a great program if you need this service. We needed it at one time, but did not realize we could do this on line. I would recommend it to anyone who is in the business of needing documents filled out, signed and delivered.

A good program (and nice people)
A good program, a bit too comprehensive for me (in some ways), and a few (to me) important features were missing.
After my trial period, I was accidentally invoiced for a full year, the support department solved that nicely.
