It has a lot of features to available learn and the support is awesome! It's a little time consuming to learn on my own though but again if I can't find what I'm looking for on the videos or the help I email customer service and they respond within an hour or two and I'm back rolling.

It is a very easy way to fill out your form, however I did have difficulty retrieving my document after signing up. I contacted the customer service which gave a different website to use.

I enjoy the ability to convert PDF files back into MS Word. Very Often I will start in MS Word and send the document to an employer who then sends me a final version in PDF which is OK until such time as there is a need amend it. As I don't travel with a copier, printer or scanner this creates problems.

Great app
Great app, and easy to use on the web and on the go..I would like to recommend adding merge pdf app as well. for deleting or moving pages, I recommend ability to delete/move more than 1 page at a time..thanks

What an awesome product. We use accord forms so often in this office that it is nice to have help!
We like that most accord forms we use are already available from the site, but more so than that, the fact that we can upload our own documents as well. When you have to generate 150 certificates for one client, all different, this program makes that process seamless. The site runs very well, have not had to deal with freezing issues or losing extensive work because it didn't save, the site always saves my work for me. We just couldn't be more happy with the service.
There is not a lot that we do not like about the program, but one thing sticks out for sure. If one of my agents is logged on to the site and another agent logs in, the first agent will usually be kicked off. This was not really even an issue since the system always saved the agents work, and all of my agents will announce now that they are logging in.

One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced !!
My account had a monthly subscription which I thought I cancelled after the free trial but it didn’t seem to work.
So I wrote them an email and within minutes they responded and took care of my issue and instantly refunded me the payments for the last 2 months in which my account has been subscribed.
I’ve dealt with a lot of customer services over the past year and none has been so quick in responses, friendly and efficient in the same time.
If I need a pdf service again, I’ll surely go to them.

So far so good
I think the app is very good, well worth the price. Some features would be really good to have on the offline app. Only had it one day but other than that the editing tools are perfect for my business needs.

Great Customer Service
We thought this was a bit scammy when we were charged for a plan no one recalled signing up for but once we found the email address associated with the account they cancelled the subscription and refunded the charge, no questions asked. Very pleased!

The actual service platform is fantastic, but their customer support is also top notch. One of their service agents, Kara, took care of an issue I was having within moments, and all done in an incredibly friendly and professional manner. Kudos to Kara! ;-)

Do I need a photography contract?
Rachel's rule of thumb is that every photographer should have a photography contract at every shoot. You can shoot without a model release, but you should never shoot without a photography contract. They just get a model release, which is good, but they don't have any of the policies spelled out.
Can you sue a photographer without a contract?
Your only recourse is to sue in small claims court. If you do so, you have to be able to show the small claims judge that the photographer did not provide all the products that she was required to provide in the e-mail record. You have to prove the photographer failed to provide it. Your word is likely not enough.
Can you sue a photographer?
The best theory to sue your wedding photographer under is a breach of contract theory. A breach of contract can occur if your photographer did not perform the terms of the contract that were agreed upon. The contract was breached by the photographer. And. Damages resulted from the breach of contract.
Can a photographer use my photos without my permission?
While you might own your photograph, there is something called Fair Use. This means that in a limited way, your photos can be used without gaining your permission. This means they can be used for teaching and research for example. If an infringement occurs, then the court will decide if it Fair Use or not.
Can a photographer sell photos of me?
You don't have to take a photo or publish an image photo for the action to be unlawful. Some courts have found that a photographer has violated privacy rights even when photographing someone in public. You violate a person's right of publicity when, without permission, you use a photo of a person for your own benefit.
