All good. I do not like the stamp Verified By PDF filler that is attached. I wish you could email the complete forms from your own email address as well.

It was pretty easy to use except when you hit the next tab it would take me to the text box to type but it would not allow me to type until I moved my mouse to that location and click. It would be easier if it would allow you to type in the box it moved you to so you don't have to keep going back and forth to the mouse. Also some boxes when completed there was not an option to click "next.

Its great, it is exact what I was looking for. I've spent a lot of time and effort with other product/services that say they will deliver but fall short/fail actually at doing so. PDFFiller is impressive and has maintained its promised promises of delivery.

Everything is working
I checked out their pdf software, it's truly great, I liked it and I was ready to buy a year subscription, but all these bad reviews on line about this company made me nervous. However I signed up and now I am pleased to work with it

How do I look up a deed?
Start with the tax assessor. All the information that most people will need or want to know about a deed will be on record with the county tax assessor, such as the current owner, sale dates, price history, and current valuation. Find the records section. Examine the record.
How do you write a deed?
List the names of the parties involved. Write, for example, [Granter's Name and address], as Granter, conveys to [Grantee's Name and address], as Grantee, the property described below by [list the type of deed]. Describe the land. Use the land's street address, plot number, and the metes and bounds of the land.
How do you add a name to a deed?
Adding someone to your house deed requires the filing of a legal form known as a quitclaim deed. When executed and notarized, the quitclaim deed legally overrides the current deed to your home. By filing the quitclaim deed, you can add someone to the title of your home, in effect transferring a share of ownership.
How do you add a name to a property title?
Unlike some other types of property, you can't just add their name to the existing deed. To add someone to your house title, you must create a new deed that transfers the title of the property to both you and the other person.
How much does it cost to add a name to a house title?
The person you're adding to your house title (the “grantee”) does not have to sign the deed. The notary will charge a small fee to witness your signature and notarize your deed, typically less than $10.

In BC you have to file an electronic FORM A land transfer at the Land Titles Office to add someone's name to your property title. However, by doing so, you are doing more than just adding a name. You (the transferor) are legally transferring an interest in the property to the other person (the transferee).
Can you add a name to your mortgage?
You can add another name to a deed to real property, but not to a mortgage to the property. You can add someone onto the deed. If you want to add someone to your mortgage statement, you will have to refinance, and the person's poor credit may negatively affect your rate.
