Great. Had trouble logging in as I kept getting redirected to "PDFESCAPE". I'm not a computer person, but couldn't get here until I actually typed in your complete e-mail address. In other words, if I type in "PD" in my browser and "PDFFILLER" automatically appeared and I clikced on it, I was redirected to another website.

It's been awesome! Not sure why when I click some lines it makes the texts smaller, then I have to make the larger to fit the rest of the doc. But it's an amazing tool!

What do you like best?
I like that PDF Filler is user friendly and it's easy to navigate. I love that I can create a template and then just fill in what I need to for each customer and we can send them a form digitally for them to sign.
What do you dislike?
Occasionally customer's take a while to sign a document because they think it is spam.

Easy to use program. Creat templates you can use over and over which is great!

How do you identify parties in a contract?
Full legal name. Trading name. Current address. Passport number or ID number.
What are parties to a contract called?
There are at least two parties involved in a contract: the promise, promise and, sometimes, a third party beneficiary may be named. Each party has a different obligation to the contract terms. The beneficiary in a contract generally does not have the same level of responsibility for the contract's performance.
How do you refer to a party in a contract?
A more appropriate way to refer to a contract party is to use a functional reference, such as Service Provider, Licensee, Seller, Lender, etc. You can also use the party's short name, such as a portion of a company name or a surname.
Who is the first party in a contract?
You, the developer, are the first party. The customer/consumer of your application is the second party. Anyone else that supplies libraries, icons, or other resources is a third party (in the sense of “third” meaning some other outside party).
How do you identify a contract?
Has approval and commitment of the parties. Rights of the parties are identified. Payment terms are identified. The contract has commercial substance. Collect ability of consideration is probable.
Can you recognize revenue without a signed contract?

What is a contract under ASC 606?

Enforceability of the rights and obligations in the contract is a matter of law. Contracts can be written, oral, or implied by an entity's customary business practices.
How do you identify performance obligations?
In order to identify performance obligations in each contract, a company needs to determine whether the goods or services are distinct. If distinct, a customer can benefit from the good or service on its own (the good or service is separable from the other goods or services in a contract).
