I like that I can erase parts and add text of size and font that I like and move it around so it's where I want it. When I erase part it doesn't cause the rest of the document to move around. It stays put. That is essential when I am editing a document with a puzzle at the bottom.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. I was accidentally billed after cancelling my subscription. I contacted the customer service and was completely blown away by the fantastic and prompt support i received. I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.

What do you like best?
I like how simple it is to navigate fields. The program is really good about identifying editable fields in all documents.
What do you dislike?
I think they can improve the downloading/saving function. There seem to be more steps than one would expect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for software that is simple and allows you to edit PDF files easily, this is your program. I feel the least amount of pain when renewing my subscription. For me, it is a must-have tool.

Excellent customer service and supportI recently needed to contact them for an issue I had and was helped by Shannen. I used their Live Support Chat, waited less than 1 minute and my problem was dealt with with in less than 5 minutes. Shannen was helpful, polite and made it easy.
