Great customer support I think it is great but I decided I didn’t need it and wanted to cancel my free trial so I contacted the company and Ma was the representative who helped me. I had an occasion to need a form filler on a ***. I found PDFfiller online and tried it with a trail. It did exactly what I had wanted and it was easy to use. I guess I forgot to cancel the trial so it did go into an annual charge. I dont need a *** form filler on an ongoing basis. When I saw the annual charge on my ****** account I called immediately. I explained what happened and they immediately said they would close the account and refund my money. No hassle just very polite support person and efficient. Should I ever have an ongoing need of a *** form filler I will absolutely buy PDFfiller. It works and they believe in customer support. A rarity today.

What do you like best? How easy it is to use! Uploading files right out of my Gmail?! Yes, please. Easily downloaded to just about any location that I want. I'll take that too. Add and edit just about any document. I'm all in. What do you dislike? Editing sections to look exactly like the scanned portion can be difficult and sometimes not possible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I mainly use this for signing and sending documents.

Combining two files was relatively easy once I read... Combining two files was relatively easy once I read the How to Guide three times to figure it out. But editing text in the file resulted in a change in the font that was not particularly satisfying and could not be corrected.

Marie from the Customer Support Center worked with me promptly to ensure I received a refund. It is not that I was not satisfied with the program, it provided me with everything I needed to complete my work tasks remotely. However, I am on a limited budget and took advantage of the free trial opportunity. My intention was to cancel my subscription prior to renewal, but unfortunately I experienced a death in the family and was unable to cancel in a timely manner. I noticed the charge on my account today and immediately contacted PDFFiler customer support. Within 10-15 minutes of my request, I received confirmation that I would receive my refund. Go to the block where you wish to put the email link. In the toolbar, click on the Insert Link icon. Instead of a Web address, type in the email address you want to use, using this format: mail to:name@domain instead of a URL.

Take an Android screenshot of what you want to highlight, then tap Edit. Along the bottom, scroll to the right until you find Spotlight, then tap on it. Find a shape that you'd like to use for highlighting at the bottom and tap it. Then, drag your finger around what you want to highlight to draw that shape.
Launch Mail and start a new message. Tap in the message area to show the Select pop-up. Tap the pop-up's right arrow until you see Insert Drawing. Tap Insert Drawing. Use the markup tools to create you masterpiece. Tap Done to add your sketch to your Mail message.
