Its been a good experience so far. Although I have only used the service approximately 5 times it has been an efficient way to produce some general documents.

Had to fill in a long medical form. PDFfiller makes it easy and a lot neater than my handwriting. Also, I have to fill this out once a year for the same doctor and it will save me time not having to fill it out from scratch. All I will need to do is verify any information to make sure it hasn't changed and place a new date on it and send it.

Does a single member LLC need to file Form 8832?
You do not need to file Form 8832 unless you want your single-member LLC to be classified as an entity disregarded as separate from you (such as a corporation).
Does an LLC need to file Form 8832?
If you want your LLC to be taxed as a corporation, you must file Form 8832. Here are some things you need to know about this election: The form allows “eligible entities” to file this election. LCS are specifically stated to be eligible entities.
What tax form does a single member LLC file?
To report your business taxes as a disregarded entity, attach a single-member LLC tax form to your Form 1040: Schedule C, Profit or Loss From Business (Sole Proprietorship)
Can a single member LLC elect S corp status?
The default federal tax status for a single-member limited liability company (SM LLC) is disregarded entity. To elect S corporation tax status, you need to file IRS Form 2553, Election by a Small Business Corporation. You can file an election for S corporation tax status at any time after setting up your SM LLC.
When should you file Form 8832?
There's no deadline to file Form 8832it can be filed either right when you start your business, or at any point during your business's lifetime. However, the filing date is important. The tax status for the business is effective either: Up to 75 days before filing the form.
Should I file Form 8832?
Without filling out this form, single-member LCS are taxed as sole proprietorship by default, and multi-member LCS will be taxed as partnerships. Of course, if you're happy with your default tax status, there's no need to file IRS Form 8832. This form is only for businesses that want to change their tax status.
How often can you file Form 8832?
When to File Form 8832 Form 8832 must be filed between one year prior and 75 days after its effective date. Most LCS want their Form 8832 to be effective for their first tax year, so the form must be filed no sooner than one year and no later than 75 days after beginning business.
What is the purpose of Form 8832?
Form 8832 is the Entity Classification Election form from the IRS. It is filed to elect a tax status other than the default status for your entity. For example, an LLC can elect to be taxed as a C Corporation.
