A reliable and quick to use PDF signing and editing platform

Great editing. Could use some better freehand options
All the editin options are just soooooo practical and useful. i really get work done fast.
a better handwritting option would be amazing though. the current one is too choppy

Fast, helpful assistance from their support team
I forgot to cancel my subscription with them. The money came out unexpectedly, and I was honestly pretty worried because it was the full year's subscription and I have had issues with internet companies not wanting to refund subscription fees in the past even when I asked for it immediately, without using it during the period I asked for the refund for. PDFFiller was great, though. I emailed them early this morning (late for me) and woke up to their response, which was that since it was less than 24 hours after the payment came out, they were able to just void the transaction. Assuming my bank is cool about it, I'll have my money back today.5/5 Do trust.

Life Saver
I have been working from home since the covid19 and my use of office equipment were lessened, made it hard for me to work and I tried pdfFiller, this is a great app which helps me a lot with my work now. What does it mean when a lease expires?
Lease expiration refers to expiry of the lease. One requirement for all leases is that the duration of the lease must be specified. Therefore, the tenant agrees to leave the premises upon the expiration of the lease, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon by the landlord and the tenant.
What happens when my lease runs out?
The fact that the lease has expired does not mean that you have to leave the property. Unless you or your landlord takes specific steps to end the tenancy it will simply continue on exactly the same terms. The landlord may serve a prescribed notice proposing an assured periodic tenancy, where you pay a monthly rent.
What happens when a 99-year lease expires?
On the expiry of a 99-year leasehold, ownership of the land reverts to the state, and the rights of any property owners are effectively extinguished.
How many days after your lease is up do you have to move?
The laws differ from state-to-state. For fixed term lease agreements the required notice time frames are: Northern Territory and Queensland: 14 days before lease ends. New South Wales: at least 14 days if the date is at the end of the tenancy agreement, or 21 days if the end date is after the fixed term.
Do you have to give a 30-day notice when your lease is up?
In general, the longer the lease term, the more notice the tenant must give. It is generally accepted that tenants must give the landlord at least 30 days' notice prior to the date of lease termination. Some states require more than 30 days' notice, so check your local laws and your lease agreement.

Do I have to sign a new lease? A: No, you do not. In Ontario, a residential tenancy is automatically renewed unless the tenant or the landlord gives the other a notice of termination, or they agree to terminate the tenancy after signing it.
