I like everything I have tried with the exception of the fact that I cannot download a fillable form to my desktop. I wanted to make a form that I could pull up quickly on my computer when I have a new patient intake. It only allows a link and too many steps to make this a good alternative to the paper and pen format I am currently using.

I’m new to PDFfiller. Like the create document feature, although have to search and search for specific forms....Not easy to access. But do find PDFfiller beneficial, useful. Will continue to subscribe to this platform. Great for personal use as well as business use.

What do you like best?
I love the ability to make my own PDF Templates. It is the perfect insurance agent tool when you're doing multiple certificates of insurance for commercial customers during renewal time. I love the feature where I can e-sign the documents and save it as a PDF which saves me ink and paper.
What do you dislike?
I can't figure out how to combine 2 PDF'S and merge them together so I use a different program for that.

It is a little difficult to figure out how to load an existing form with the saved name. I also had to Google how to enlarge the font. Most of the help directions are outdated, but I did finally figure it out after a lot of wasted time. I DO like the program in general and love being able to convert and save in a different format.

Really easy to use
The web interface is really easy to use.
The "wow" feature for me is that you can setup a default signature and copy and paste it on documents as you need.
This has saved me from losing time with some legal documents I need to sign while I'm away.

Ryan was extremely patient and persistent to solve the issue
Ryan was beyond patient with me to solve my issue. I really felt like he was determined to have me understand the instructions he was giving me towards the solution. He used a few of approaches. One of which was sending me a visual with arrows.....That worked!!!! His patience and persistence is refreshing and truly appreciated.

PDFfiller is a great tool for having documents signed on PDFs!
Overall, I am super satisfied with PDFfiller and will continue to use.
What I like most about PDFfiller is how easy it is for myself and clients to sign documents. This is one of the best tools I have found to edit.
I do not have any complaints at this time regarding PDFfiller. It has been a lifesaver for myself when I need things signed!!

How do I know if my lease is embedded?
As a general rule, an embedded lease exists if there is an explicit or implicit identified asset in the contract and the customer controls use of the asset. What is an embedded lease?
An embedded lease is a lease agreement that exists within a contract. A lease is defined as a contract that conveys the right to control the identified asset for a period of time in exchange for consideration.
Does a contract contain a lease?
A contract is, or contains, a lease if it conveys the right to control the use of a specified asset (e.g., plant, property, and equipment) over a period in exchange for consideration. It is not uncommon for service contracts to convey to the customer the right to use a specified asset during the contract term.
What is considered a lease?
A lease is a contract outlining the terms under which one party agrees to rent property owned by another party. It guarantees the lessee, also known as the tenant, use of an asset and guarantees the lessor, the property owner or landlord, regular payments for a specified period in exchange.

How does lease accounting work?
Lease accounting. How do you determine a lease?
The first thing you need to determine when identifying if a lease exists in a contract is if the contract conveys the right to control the use of identified property, plant, or equipment (an identified asset) for a period in exchange for consideration.
How do you figure out a lease payment?
Identify the number of the monthly payments on the lease. Then subtract the residual value from the net capitalized cost. Divide the resulting number by the number of payments. The result is the depreciation portion of the lease payment. For example, you lease a new car for three years.
