It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. At first I did have problems figuring out how to use it. I don't see a "copy/paste" button and wish there was one. Overall, as I start to use it more and more I am liking it.

I felt very mislead, I entered a lot of info onto a form and was only told when I tried to print there was a charge. There was a monthly charge shown but when I selected the monthly option the cost suddenly shot up

Great to use especially working from home

Software works good, had no problem at all. The customer service was top notch. They helped resolve my account problems within the first hour I sent out the form. Polite and efficient. The excellent service provided was the last and fith star.

It took a like while for me to figure out how to do what I wanted to do. But once I did, I was able to create the doc I needed. The part I liked best was the guidelines to put the fillable boxes in line with the other boxes in the document.
