It was very easy and it had help listed if you needed it. So, I felt it was a great system to use and I will be using in and have used it in the past but I don't have Verizon anymore and I forgot my password. So I just created a new account.

The only thing I really had a problem…
The only thing I really had a problem with is that I completed what I thought was a "free" form and then had to sign up for a free trial. The actual program is very useful and helpful and relatively easy to navigate through.

With this site I can get any and all my paper work done in the manner that I wish to have done.
Typing out my paperwork in the correct format. Always there when I need it done. Able to use it anywhere.
It's ease of use,it's ability to take on tasks that I need done,the customer service is always there with answers to questions that I need answered. All the different jobs this site can achieve. I can not get along with out this site. Thank You for being there for us.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't…
I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. Great service and they got my refund and account canceled quickly. Thank you to Alice from support

I received a email today say my PdfFiller was paid! I cancelled that subscription July 2020 but it wasn’t received and I panicked!! Kara took care of cancelling the subscription and got me refunded immediately! She was a lifesaver!! Thanks PdfFiller and Kara!!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! A+++
Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! Thankyou pdfFiller!

How do I add a shape box to a PDF?
How to add shapes to PDF files Open a PDF file and select the Annotate tab. Click the Shapes tool. Select shape, set opacity and customize its color on the sidebar on the right. Click where you'd like to add the shape.
How do I add text and shapes to a PDF?
Choose Tools > Comment. In the Comment toolbar, click Drawing Tools and select the drawing markup tool: The Rectangle tool , the Oval tool , the Arrow tool , and the Line tool let you create simple shapes. The Cloud tool and Polygon tool create closed shapes with multiple segments.
How do I add a note box to a PDF?
Once you've downloaded your editor of choice to your device, follow these steps to add text boxes: Open the document in the PDF editor. Select Tools > Edit PDF > Add Text. Drag the new text box to the preferred location. Add text to the box and choose the formatting options.
