The forms are good but they would be much better if the user could "snap to" the proper location when typing into a box. Without a "snap to" type guide it is difficult to place the cursor in the correct location within a box and especially difficult to get columns to line up.

Liking it so far. But when I'm using the eraser, line, or other tool, it automatically changes back to text add mode after saving the change I've made rather than staying with the eraser, line drawer, etc. If you did it this way b/c more users keep erasing, adding lines, highlights, etc when they intend to make only one change and start typing then nevermind. I would rather it stay with the eraser, highlighter, etc. and I'll switch back to adding text when I'm ready to do so. Hope that helps.

Using this program is amazing. Your doc look so professional. I am using it to find and fill out important forms. You don't have to search the web for the forms, just put the form name in and that's it. Your good to go, this program is well worth the money. Fantastic!

Aside from the cost associated with its use, I love PDFfiller! It is easier to use than the typewriter function in Adobe Acrobat and I could place text exactly where I needed it. One other recommendation is adding a spell check when finishing up the document. Respectfully, -RPS

some good some bad cause need to change size of pics as my constant contact only takes jpeg. can't use your address book as i don't use my mac mail use verizon so not friendly with this stuff makes it harder to use overall.

Worth the money!
The software is very easy to use from a smartphone or computer. Most people don't own a fax machine, so this feature is very handy!
The subscription is necessary, but now with many places of business using editable PDFs, it's not needed as often as I'd like.

What is a deed stamp?
Each time a property is sold or ownership is transferred, a deed is signed to complete the transaction. Although each state governs its own rules regarding the tax, some states refer to it as deed stamps or deed tax stamps. Taxable deed stamps are collected only once, at the time the deed is submitted for recording.
What is a deed tax?
The deed tax is levied on the transfer of title of real estate through sale, acceptance of a Died Right, exchange, donation, subdivision or occupancy, except where the land value increment tax applies. The deed tax is payable at the time of transfer.

What happens when you buy a tax deed?
