I like that you can save the template for a certificate of insurance or an application and send it out that way. It still saves it as new but also creates the new Document.

If you need to complete forms, you need PDF filler
My experience has been good, but I think that for people that don't need to complete a lot of forms per year, there should be a way to pay by form.
I can complete any PDF form regardless where I got them from. This form can be saved, printed, and emailed.
The user interface could be better and it could have more forms available.

I had an issue with my account and worked with customer service to get it resolved. They responded quickly and were very helpful! This is important to me. I appreciate them very much!

When I chatted with support
When I chatted with support, I had had two different people who took the files I had been trying to merge unsuccessfully and merge them for me!!! Similarly when I had trouble with blank pages and missing pages in a merged document I found out it was because I was using Edge as my browser instead of Chrome. It would have been best if that had been in the program itself, but support really came through to help me out.

I wanted to merge multiple PDFs to make a unique Journal. but BOOK BOLT didn't have that feature, I was disappointed.. Then I was watching a YouTube video and it mentioned this PDF editor.. Would be great if it could integrate with your pdf documents without having to go to the website. maybe a feature where you can join or delete parts of the pdf without having to upload it to the website every time.
