I've edited 4 documents with pdf filler which was fairly easy considering the editing I needed done was fairly simple. I'm a little disappointed that there is no on-demand training because I've only used some basic features & would like to learn alot more on all of the features that are available & how to use them

What do you like best? I love that you can store your signature in the program. Also much more professional look over using a pen to fill forms. What do you dislike? The extra level of security when logging in slows you down a little. Its probably actually a good thing as your forms are stored in the system Recommendations to others considering the product: I have tried to figure out ways to fill pdfs without signing on to this system, it was a foolish waste of time. I am not the type of person that signs on to programs like this, I always felt like they were scams. I am so very happy with this program, I wish that I had signed up for this much sooner. I am not even using all of the features of this program and Its totally worth every cent! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Excellent customer service. Keep it up. Excellent, excellent customer service! I contacted the company because I was charged a subscription fee which I wasn't aware that I had not yet cancelled. The customer service representative called Anna, I believe, immediately informed me that the subscription would be cancelled and an email to that effect was sent to me. I was also informed that my money would be refunded shortly....and indeed, it was returned to my card in 48 hours. Although, I don't have need for their services at this time, I would definitely use them at a later date, should the need arise.
