So far, so good, I signed up for a subscription to do the 1099 forms, for my sons company. I will be filling them with the IRS thru this service also, so I will see how that goes.

I like the fact that it is easy to use and has all of the forms that I am looking for. I use this product on a monthly basis and find that it is easy to use and that the documents are easy to find.

There are times that I can't find a form that I know I have filled out. Also there are times that I am unable to get back to the home screen to find a new form.

Very user friendly!
It is easy to use. Instructions are clear and the forms are easy to fill out accurately. I only use it once a year - at tax time, but using this program to fill out tax forms is quick and easy.
I have not had any issues. I'm sure if a person uses it a lot there are bound to be some, but I use it once a year and it works fine for my uses.

Easiest way to send contracts
We use this for business contracts in the wedding industry. At first, it was not easy to receive contracts back but with upgrading our account that has become easier.
Ease of use to send out contracts for electronic filling and filing
Sometimes it is confusing where the contracts end up once filled. Having to pay extra for certain capabilities isn't feasible for a small startup business

I would recommend this site
I have found the site easy to use and have not any problems with it. If I hit a snag with the functions I contact the team and they always sort it out for me. It certainly has made my work more efficient now that I am working from home.
