I felt very mislead, I entered a lot of info onto a form and was only told when I tried to print there was a charge. There was a monthly charge shown but when I selected the monthly option the cost suddenly shot up

I enjoy the simplicity but am annoyed that you can't use certain features without paying a higher price. $80/year is pretty high for a basic subscription.

The system was quite user-friendly, however the quality of the initial edited documents was poor, with a green tinge appearing behind the altered text. A note to Paul at customer service had a solution identified, which solved the problem.

How do you calculate contact hours?
If Full Time = 1.0 FTE = 100% Effort = the 40-hour work week = 40 clock hours = 4 contact hours. If 4 contact hours is the minimum for 100% effort then each contact hour can be worth a maximum of 25%. If 4 contact hours ~= 40 clock hours then each contact hour is approximately equal to 10 clock hours.
What are contact hours?
A contact hour is a measure that represents an hour of scheduled instruction given to students. A semester credit hour is normally granted for satisfactory completion of one 50-minute session (contact hour) of classroom instruction per week for a semester of not less than fifteen weeks.
How are contact hours calculated?
In order to calculate credit hours for a course with variable credit the proper method is to add the credit hours from each student's record to arrive at a total. The CACHE definition for a base contact hour is 750 minutes of section meeting time.
How many contact hours is a 4 credit course?
Typically, a three semester credit hour course2 meets for three contact hours (three 50-minute sessions or two 75-minute sessions) per week for the 14 weeks of a semester. In total, the three semester credit hour course meets for 42 contact hours. Contact Hour: 50 minutes of scheduled instruction presented to students.
How many contact hours are in a 3 credit class?
Most colleges and universities award 3 Semester Credit Hours (SCH) (45-48 contact hours) for the successful completion of a study class.
How many hours is one credit hour?
A credit hour is a measure of workload at a college or university it is (roughly) equivalent to spending 1 hour per week in class for one term (usually a semester). To graduate typical requires 120 credit hours, which is 8 semesters (4 years) * 5 classes * 3 units (credit hours) per class.
How do you calculate learning hours?
When calculating the number of Zeus for a course, the number of contact minutes must be totaled and divided by 60 to arrive at the number of contact hours, see figure 1. Total contact hours must then be divided by 10 to obtain the number of Zeus.
How are teaching hours calculated?
Example: School year is defined as 180 days (5 days a week for 36 weeks), and school day is 6 hours long. Teacher works 3 hours per day, 5 days a week. (e.g., school). FTE is the number of total hours the person is expected to work divided by the maximum number of compensate hours in a full-time schedule.
