The experience before I purchased a license was not so good. The chat session I was on kept ending. The CSR said because I was not logged into an account was the reason. At that point, I was trying to determine if I even wanted to purchase PDFfiller or not so why would I need an account. I finally ended up purchasing the product.

It served my purposes
It served my purposes. There were a few instances where it would not properly let me check a box. Also, inputting dates, did not always work as expected. I was not always able to manually type in a date. It forced me to use the calendar. Sometimes.
It's a good tool.

It was frustrating at the beginning. I don't know how to rename a document. I will try and read the manual within the next week. I will attend the webinar.

Auto Renewal Charge
I was auto charged for a 2nd year for this service via PayPal. I do not need it and was surprised to see the charge. I contacted customer service via chat and they immediately issued a refund with no questions asked. I received an immediate email confirmation. That is customer service. Thank you pdfFiller.

I think this is a very good software. It is easy to fill and sign a document or to create your own. I am having some trouble finding a document that I started and did not finish. And I would like to learn everything that it offers.

How do I get Excel to stop changing my date format?
A space before you enter a number. An apostrophe (') before you enter a number, such as '11-53 or '1/47.
How do you stop Excel from changing text to numbers?
Select the cells you want to enter the text strings, and right click to display the context menu, then select Format Cells. In the Format Cells dialog, select Text in Category pane under Number tab. Click OK.
How do you stop Excel from increasing numbers?
The number won't increase automatically if we hold down the Ctrl key while dragging the AutoFill handle in Excel. In our case, please select the Cell A2. Hold down the Ctrl key which will change the cursor to a double-cross. And then drag the AutoFill handle down to the cells as you need.
