Works well, but not sure why you create a page that cannot be scanned and sent to the IRS on the first part of the form. If this is not legal or usable why have it?

It was a great find. I hate Printing and filling out forms using pen is so old school and requires extra step of scanning everything back in. It was also Free! Adobe is way too expensive for the handful of times a year I would need it.

I signed up for the free trial and was able to amend 2 documents with ease.If I had the kind of life that required me to need further amendments in this way, this service is absolutely one I would use. Thing is, I just don't, so I didn't sign up after the free trial! Had a little difficulty cancelling the subscription, but honestly - I think that was 'on me', I just wasn't entirely sure what I was doing.However, it's a great service and the company responded to my concern when the subscription fee was taken by emailing me back and confirming that they would be refunding the cost. So, I think you can trust this company.

How do you read a date code?
Method 1 The code will start with the letters DOT. Read the last four digits of the DOT code on most tires. The DOT code should end in a four-digit number. The first two digits identify the week while the last two digits identify the year.
How do you find the expiration date on a lot of number?
Find the Use By/Expiration Date. Look for this on the side of the label or on the carton. The Lot of Number is near the Use By/Expiration Date. Note: For Expect®, the Lot of Number is above the Use By/Expiration Date.
Is lot number the expiration date?
No. That is not the expiration date. The lot of number is just a set of numbers and letters to identify a specific batch or a lot of a product. That way you don't have to do quality control on every single bag of a product.

What is a lot of date code?
Date code / lot number is the number to identify when the component is being manufactured. It is for the factories' production quality control and tracing purposes.
How do I find out my lot number?
On the outside of packaging. Within your inventory management software. Within your manufacturer's/supplier's records.
How do you read 6 digit expiration dates?
If the code you're reading comprises 6 digits, it most likely is a month-day-year code. Read these codes as MIDDAY, where MM refers to the month, DD refers to the date, and BY refers to the year. This is one of the more common codes that you'll see on food items.
