Great Customer Service
We thought this was a bit scammy when we were charged for a plan no one recalled signing up for but once we found the email address associated with the account they cancelled the subscription and refunded the charge, no questions asked. Very pleased!

How do I get a recorded deed?
County Clerks Offer Copies Commonly, county clerk or recorders offer copies of recorded documents for purchase. However, each office has its own practices. Contact your recorder's office to see if it offers the service. Typically, the recorder is located in the county courthouse or other government building.
How do I get a copy of my property deed?
Find out if the property or land is registered. Download a copy of the title register — you'll need this to find the property's title number and to see if HM Land Registry holds a copy of the deeds. Fill in the deeds request form.
Do I need a copy of my deed?
If the property was already registered when you bought it, the seller may not have handed over the original deeds. There's no requirement for them to do so. If the register refers to deeds being filed, we should have copies. You can then get a copy of your deeds.
What happens if you can't find the deeds to your house?
If the deeds went missing or were destroyed while in the custody of a law firm or financial institution then, if satisfied with the evidence, the Land Registry will register the property with an absolute title. If not, then it is usually the case that the property will be registered with a possessor title.
What does a deed to a house look like?
It typically looks like 2 sheets of legal sized paper with names and a legal description on it. It's called a deed. There is a copy of one in a previous answer. It is not like a car title, all of which are preprinted, and the same.
