I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. What is considered as two forms of ID?
Both identifications must bear the applicants' signature. (Social Security Card, from the USA Social Security Administration, with your signature AND Photo Identification with your signature i.e.: unexpired driver's license, government issued identification card, military identification or passport).

Is a birth certificate a second form of ID?
Unfortunately a birth certificate is only considered a valid form of proof of citizenship and not identity, as this document is issued without a photo. This is considered a secondary form of ID, so you may need to provide additional forms of ID if you are traveling.
