all the features save so much time! and the price of using them at first seemed ridiculous, but once you realize how much time and effort this can save you the price automatically becomes such an amazing deal.

What do you like best?
Huge time saver because we spend a great deal of time filling out forms, and we fill out the same forms with the same info year after year, and pdffiller keeps it for us and all we have to do is change the date.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. It's an odd process, fill in your forms, hit this button, then hit that button, and then go find the finished product in your downloads. I would prefer to specify where it goes and rename it before it goes there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are an insurance agent that uses Acord forms, this is for you.

This definitely saves me money because it save my staff huge amounts of time. Everything is now done digitally, so we need our forms in a digital format that we can save from year to year and change information in the forms at will.

EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. The person who helped me was very kind, and responded promptly. I had a full refund within 48 hours! EXCELLENT customer service!

This is a great tool and is full of features that I really need for editing, exporting, merging and printing documents. I like all of the supported file formats and may use the routing features in the future. The pdfFiller will import huge .pdf files and allows you to save just one or two pages from that file for editing. It offers alot of flexibility and performance features which I appreciate for document management and workflow.

How do I get rid of the extra space in my header?
To check and adjust: Click Customize for your header/footer document to edit it. While editing the document, click Insert > Header to access that area. Reduce any blank or empty space in your header that is below your information. For instance, delete or remove any extra blank lines there.
How do I reduce the space between header and text?
To decrease the distance between header and body, just decrease the height of the margin, getting it closer to the height of your header. The same way you can increase or decrease the distance between footer and body text.
