Such a great tool!
Any PDF document is instantly editable in PDFfiller. With this app I can to edit contracts, which are signed by customers.
Perhaps they do not have a very convenient editor interface. I often can not find what I need. I hope they fix it soon.

PDFfiller has exceeded my expectations.
I regularly have a need to complete and to apply signatures to PDF documents. PDFfiller is a real time-saver in that it eliminates the need to print a hard copy and then manually complete, sign, and scan the PDF documents. Also, the PDFs that it creates end up looking much tidier and more professional. As a bonus, the software saves and maintains a duplicate record of all my PDF papers.
I originally subscribed to PDF Filler, under urgent circumstances, simply to be able to apply a verified electronic signature to a single document. But I've been awed by how versatile and useful it is. I now use it almost weekly. As a business owner, PDFfiller has been a great value. I'd recommend it to anyone who has an occasional or even a regular need to edit and to apply signatures to PDF documents.
There's really nothing about PDFfiller that I don't like. This is highly unusual for me as I'm not the most tech-savvy person and I frequently end up frustrated with software.

It works - one problem I found though is that after I scanned a document with the Adobe scanner, the document was locked with password not allowing it to be opened by the person I sent the document to. I didn't seek that extra security so I basically don't know where it NOcame from.

Only issue is pricing
Only issue is pricing. This is for my job, but they can't pay for it because we are a non-profit agency, I pay for it myself because it helps me to complete my job more efficiently

Great service and software
Great service and software. I used PDF filler to edit and sign a couple of PDFs and the tool is easy to use. I've also made use of their customer service and they responded fast and adequately! Great tool, great service! Thanks for being awesome!

Wow!! I can not express how much of a life saver your program has been to me. Not only is it absolutely FREE! without needing a subscription, credit card or life story but the interface is user friendly with great options and choices. I love that I am able to download into my own drive afterwards and upload to any folder I choose as well. This is the first one of its kind that I have found, the features completely beat Adobe with the upside of not having to pay for three separate subscriptions of $14.99 to get one project done and downloadable to my computer. Thank you for thinking of the little people who need things like this. I am a Full-time student with very little extra income so again, I thank you sincerely, Karen (Portland, OR)

Does a grantee have to sign a deed?
No, in most states, the Grantee is not required to sign the Quitclaim Deed. However, some counties do require that the Quitclaim Deed be signed by the Grantee in addition to the Granter. After a deed is signed and notarized, it should be filed at the land records office in the county where the property is located.
Does the grantee have to sign a warranty deed?
While most states do not require the grantee to sign a Warranty Deed, some do.
Who has to sign a warranty deed?
The two parties involved in a warranty deed are the seller or owner, also known as the granter, and the buyer or the grantee. Either party can be an individual or a business, and are often strangers to each other.
Does a warranty deed require a title search?
Think of it as an as is deed. This kind of deed exists to pass along any title, interest, or claim that a seller has to a buyer. However, there is no title search involved, none of the covenants of a warranty deed are made and there is no guarantee that a title is valid.
Is Warranty Deed same as title?
A warranty deed is a higher level of protection produced by the seller upon the real estate closing. It includes a full legal description of the property, and confirms the title is clear and free from all liens, encumbrances, or title defects. Most property sales make use of a warranty deed. What is a grantee on a warranty deed?
A warranty deed is a type of deed where the granter (seller) guarantees that he or she holds clear title to a piece of real estate and has a right to sell it to the grantee (buyer), in contrast to a quitclaim deed, where the seller does not guarantee that he or she holds title to a piece of real estate.
Who is required to sign a deed?
The deed must be signed by the granter or granters if the property is owned by more than one person. The deed must be legally delivered to the grantee or to someone acting on the grantee's behalf. The deed must be accepted by the grantee.
Who signs the deed at closing?
State laws, such as California's, generally require sellers to sign deeds before a notary public. After a closing, the deed is recorded in the county where the property is located. Typically, the signed deed is given to the buyer after it's recorded.
