I liked the access to all the forms. It was great. And as I tried to do ever more complicated things with the forms (strikethroughs, initialing the corrections in random places, etc.) I learned more and more about the tools the platform has. It has just about everything you could imagine.

easy to use...but...make so forms can be shrunk so they aren't huge all the time when open, when they are huge and cannot be shrunk it can give you a headache...templates for forms ( or any often-used form) should stay at the top, to find them easy, instead of sinking down the list...you have to hit at least 5 buttons to print, and that is horrible...

Free subscription is strong enough to support most pdf editing requirement. Happy to upgrade for pay subscription once need more powerful features.

Excellent customer service and supportI recently needed to contact them for an issue I had and was helped by Shannen. I used their Live Support Chat, waited less than 1 minute and my problem was dealt with with in less than 5 minutes. Shannen was helpful, polite and made it easy. Top notch customer service!
Accidentally subscribed for an annual subscription so was shocked to see $118 come out of my account. I got in touch with the customer support team and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They refunded the money and cancelled my subscription immediately. 5* customer service - well done PDFFiller!
