I don't like that you have to hard return on open spaces or the text goes off the page. I don't like how there is not any guidance on the cursor in pre-developed forms-there should at least be a grid view option. I do like how clean it looks and intuitive it is to use.

Outlook removes line breaks in signatures for messages sent in plain text format. For the sender, the message looks normal but when displayed for the recipient, line breaks are removed so formatting of the signature is compromised.
This effect is caused by the HTML coding and is most frequent for recipients using a web-based email client, such as Gmail. This is because of the way Outlook creates line breaks in HTML and how browsers or other clients interpret them.
Click “Editor Options” in the Compose Messages section and then select the “Display” side-tab. Uncheck “Paragraph Marks” and then click “OK” twice to close the Editor Options and Outlook Options windows.

Step 1: Click Show/Hide Editing Marks on Paragraph panel on the Home tab, and all breaks symbol are visible; Step 2: Select the break you want to delete and press Delete key on your keyboard; Step 3: Repeat the above steps to delete all breaks in word document.
