The interface has improved, but it is not perfect. I chose PDFiller because of its simplicity. I love that I can use it anywhere without having to install it in every computer I use. I wish it included a crop feature or the ability to modify the page size. I also wish we could delete previous files with the same name so that there is no confusion. There are several other little things, but these are the top major issues I've had.

An Alternative To Adobe
Run a small business without additional Adobe and DocuSign subscriptions....
It is a great value and it surprises me with new features on a quarterly basis. When I need new functionality I search for it and am no longer surprised when it is there!
I wish it would break down .PDF text into MS Word documents.

It works - one problem I found though is that after I scanned a document with the Adobe scanner, the document was locked with password not allowing it to be opened by the person I sent the document to. I didn't seek that extra security so I basically don't know where it NOcame from.

Great for needed digital signatures on contracts, etc. We also use it to edit maps we use in our business for clarity.

All I needed was to fill in 5 W2 2024 forms for church staff, and pdfiller was easy to use. Since I won't be needing it for anything else, I don't want the charge on my card. I will remember pdfiller should a future need arise.

How to Use the Link Table Record Feature in pdfFiller
The Link Table Record feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily link data from one table to another, making it easier to manage and organize your information. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the pdfFiller application and log in to your account.

Navigate to the document where you want to use the Link Table Record feature.

Click on the 'Link Table Record' button in the toolbar. This will open a new window.

In the new window, you will see a list of available tables. Select the table from which you want to link the record.

Once you have selected the table, you will see a list of records in that table. Choose the record you want to link.

After selecting the record, click on the 'Link' button. The record will now be linked to your current document.

To view the linked records, click on the 'Linked Records' button in the toolbar. This will display a list of all the linked records in a separate window.

How do I link records in Air table?
Next, go to the field customization menu and select the Customize field type option. Then choose Link to another record, and select the table you'd like to link records from. (In this example, we want the Books field in the Authors table to link to the Books table, so we select the Books table.)
