Like most of the features, I would like it if I could make boundaries and then just fill in the inside of the shape that I make like the old-school paint application.

We have had a service application on line for several years. People have been printing, handwriting the answers to our application and emailing it back. I just received back my first fillable application and I love it. It is legible and all the answers appear where they are supposed to no more writing up the side of the page because of the limited space for answering.

How do you move on a lease?

What happens if you move out before lease?
If you move out prior to the end of the lease, you may be obligated to continue to pay rent on the unit until it is rented again, depending upon your state laws. When you move out prior to the end of the lease, the landlord has a legal obligation to try to rent your unit again as quickly as possible.
Can I move out a month before my lease is up?
In most states, your landlord has a duty to mitigate damages if you break your lease. That means that if you move out of a unit nine months before your lease expires, the landlord can't just wait around for the clock to run out. He or she has to make an effort to re-rent the premises.
What happens if you just leave an apartment?
If you leave your apartment without notice, you could be sued in small claims or housing court for the unpaid rent and any other damages. If you want to leave right away and don't want to pay a breakage fee you can forfeit your security deposit and leave without notice. The legal term for this is abandonment.
What to do if a roommate moves out before a lease ends?
Give your landlord notice immediately. Don't wait until the bills pile up and rent is due before informing your landlord that you can't pay and want to move out. Tell your landlord the truth: if you need to move out because you simply can't afford the lease without a roommate and can't find one, then just say so.
How can I get out of my lease when I move?
A lease is a legal and binding contract between you and your landlord. If you need to relocate for a job, review your lease carefully to find any “escape” clauses or conditions that would allow you to break it with minimal consequences. Typically, you can't break a lease just because you need to move for a new job.
What happens if you move out of apartment before lease is up?
Making an agreement to move early You can ask your landlord to agree to end your tenancy before the end of your rental period or term, or on short notice. Sometimes landlords are happy to do this because they are allowed to charge a new tenant more rent than they can charge you.
Can I break a lease if I move out of state?
