It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... great except when i want to email something sometimes the other party can't view it as a pdf. i dont get why. I want an option to save my new document in my own hard drive but can't figure out how to other than emailing it to myself. add that option or help me find it.

am wanting to learn more as i'm a technically challenged 55yo
but, I work night shifts for the USPS & not likely to be able to take in classes
-offer classes anyways! :)

In my opinion this application is very powerful, however not so intuitive, and I had to spend an inordinate amount of time in chat with technical support personnel. I would be happy to explain further.

Nothing Particular other than finding out the particular IRS forms I expected to print from the IRS wasn't acceptable to download and print, and I had to purchase them when you advertise free IRS forms.
