Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

ease of completing the form - that makes it look much more professional than a hand written form.
I like the ease of being able to put all my information in on any form. The software easily moves you from one field to the next to populate. Everything looks much more professional than a handwritten form.
I don't like the fact that I cannot save my form. I can print it but it saves as a blank form. Maybe I am doing something wrong, since I just started using it, but it did not save what I put in.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. This is a pretty good website to merge pdfs. Overall has everything you need. I do believe the user interface can be easier to use for those who aren't as tech savvy.

Can you sign with a stamp?
