With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. It was quick and convenient. The only problem I had is that the updated form was not the correct one sent to the email. It continued to send and older version.

What do you like best?
I love that this is a user friendly and cost efficient alternative to PDF editing. I have found that it can do everything (and more) than other services can. It is easy to use and excellent solution for our company

The SINGLE thing that I am not a fan of is the fact that encrypted pdfs can be sent but NOT returned encrypted. Sometimes I will send a form to an employee and need the PDF to be encrypted returned back to me and there is no option for that.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The encrypted services have been a burden but the benefits are abundant. It is a great tool and I love that I can send our employees forms to fill out and they can receive/return them from their phones.

Everything is wonderful
Everything is wonderful, however with my bad eyes and being slow, i still say it is great.Sometime I have a little trouble moving from are moving to the area to get going to the PDF. It is not you it is me just a little slow. Can not see that good. I am good enough to get my job done.

Excellent tool. It's very feature rich and can be a bit confusing when trying to do some basic tasks. Once you explore a bit, it accomplishes what is required.

Once Ias able to reset my info from my iphone it has been excellent. I think the iphone can't handle newer apps. Will continue to use, thumbs up.

Perfect for creating single fillable…
Perfect for creating single fillable documents and merging pdf pages. A little clunky but does the jo and cost is reasonable.

The product is very good and it works very nice and it's very easy to comprehend how to use it, but the way you have the purchase setup I feel is very misleading I signed up for the month the month payment and you took a full year out of my account I did not like that that is why I would never recommend your product to anyone want to use because you can really mess up a person and you could be taking money that they could not have to be taken at the time.
You need the fix your payment process area or you will lose other customers like myself because I did report it to the Better Business Bureau cuz I did not appreciate that.

How do I show the field names in a PDF?

How do I add fields to a PDF?
Click the Add New Field option in the right sidebar menu, then click the Text Field option from the New Field menu. Remove your placeholder text and click inside the PDF document where the field will appear. Next, drag the cursor to widen the field to the desired length.
How do I enable rich text formatting in PDF?
Open “Text Field Properties” dialog for the field and select the “Options” tab. Check the “Allow Rich Text Formatting” option and press “Close” button to apply changes. Make sure to use “File > Save” menu to save changes into the file.

Why isn't my PDF fillable?
