I worked on a form without signing into my account. I came back to work on it some more and couldn't find it. I loved using the program. It helped on saving paper while allowing to update documents without having to print, use white out, and scan the updated document. It was really the only feature I used, but i know there was so much more to the program. I would love if they created a pay option that was cheaper than basic or reduced the price of basic for those of us who just need it for one or two functions. It was very easy to use and i wish i needed it for other things. Overall still a great program and i would recommend it to anyone. I am only giving it 4 stars due to me just not needing it for a whole lot.

Had everything I need for editing all my pdf files. And the customer service was one of the best I have ever experienced. So efficient and friendly

Easy & simple to use!
Perfect for e-signing docs. Navigating the documents is easy & doesn't take you into weird places of the doc that don't need attention.
I don't see any improvements that need to be made, I really like this product.

I was unable to embolden a specific…
I was unable to embolden a specific part of my texts. Each time I select the target part, the whole texts are emboldened.
Other than this, I'm having a great experience using pdfFiller; it has many great functionalites.

What do you like best?
The site is very easy to use. The layout and design make it very simple to choose the best option for formatting documents. Choices for template or regular document helps to organize which docs you need to reuse. Even if you are not experienced, the options to choose from are so clear, you cannot make a mistake....and if you do, you can fix it very simply.
What do you dislike?
For me and my business purposes there is nothing wrong with this site. It is perfect and has made my business practice so much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

I am in the field of Special Education as an administrator. This year with COVID-19, the difficulty of having documents signed, changing information and moving paperwork quickly has been a real challenge. With pdFiller, I have been able to address any paperwork issue that arises in an instant and then get documents back out for a new signature, or an update of information. This has saved me this year and helped me to meet all major and important timelines.
