I completed the first PDF form and it was a little tough maneuvering through the documents, savings. It was a little disingenuous to wait until I was finished to document to find out that I would be billed annually as apposed to monthly, when the advertising gave the amount payable monthly.

One big feature that is missing, as is from many of these types of editing / fill in forms, is the basic "Cut","Copy", "Paste" functions. However once I got use to the program's idiosyncrasies, It has been quite helpful. Oh, one more thing, I think more detailed instruction by some useful examples of how the features can benefit in everyday design of a fill-able forms would make it that much more useful.

What do you like best?
Ability to add notes to PDFs for my clients. It really does help answer questions for them much faster and help them understand the document better.

I wish I could merge and rearrange documents without it costing more to upgrade to do so. Would also be nice if If could set two password when securing a file. One for client and my master password

Easy to use for 1099 filings
Use for 1099s and other tax filings.
Used this product for 1099 filings.. simple and easy to use except for ability to make edits (address changes etc.) once filed.
Once a 1099 is filed, program does not make it easy to go back and edit a document. Also, any updated filings are charged another filing fee, which seems excessive.

It's very easy to use. Also the customer service is exceptional. Very responsive to My questions. When I decided I didn't need it anymore, they processed my cancellation quickly and easily.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. I wish it was a little easier to type things into my papers however I am getting the hang of it, I dont like that sometimes I will click in an area and the typing bar doesnt appear where I clicked on, but near the area, sometimes thats in the middle of a line on the page and thats annoying.

Can you insert page breaks in PDF?
You can't just insert a page break in a PDF file. It's not meant to be edited in such a way. If you have the original file then edit it and then generate a new PDF.
How do I cut pages from a PDF?
Click on the “Page” tab. Under the Page menu, click the “Delete” button. Select the pages you want to cut and then click “OK” to confirm your choice. If you want to cut some pages and save them as separate PDF files, you can choose the “Extract” button.
