Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. The greatest part about this site is being able to search for all of the various different forms you need. Turbo Tax wanted $159 just to fill out tax forms only needed once a year. Saving a ton on this site!!

I just was able to get the best service…
I just was able to get the best service ever from Paul. I found I did not use this service as much as I did in the past, but the automatic renewal of payment had gone through. I contacted CS via Support and received a FULL Refund and cancellation of Auto Pay with in 3 minutes flat. Furthermore, received an email with confirmation of my request!! This is the way to do business!! Thank you for making the refund process painless!

overall it is a good product once you are accustomed to operating within its rules and time lapse with commands and follow through

How do I convert a locked PDF to Excel?
Locate the PDF on your computer. Right click on it and click Open With then choose Google Chrome.
Once Google Chrome has loaded, enter the password for the PDF.
Next, right-click on the PDF and select Print.
You will now have the option to choose where to save the PDF.
The PDF no longer has password protection.
How do I keep formatting when converting PDF to Excel?
Right-click on the highlighted data and click “Export Selection As”, a window will open asking where you want to save the file. Before you save it, change the dropdown menu to XLSX (or whichever excel variant you want) and it should maintain all the original formatting in a fresh Excel file for you.
