Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Works great, I have never had a problem. Easy to fill in forms. Easy to use. Everything is labeled well so you can find what you need to do quick. The files are always where I need them to be. I haven't had any problems using this software. There isn't anything bad I can say because I haven't ran into anytjing.

Nice Online Editor Firstly, thank you for this beautiful pdf editor. Lately I was in need of pdf editors and most of them were either paid or working bad, but pdffiller looks clean and easier to use than other free online pdf editors.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

What do you like best? I like the fact that it is a browser-based software, no download required. What do you dislike? That fact I most dislike is that you can't pay per use, as I don't edit pdfs very often. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure to cancel your subscription after you are done using it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The problem I was solving using this was filling out a housing application for an apartment. This was very helpful and even better than acrobat in terms of placing text.
