I had some initial problems (undoing things and a pop-up overtime I used text boxes). Customer support representative Ellie guided me through it and was able to resolve most of my problems. I still wish I could use the text boxes without the pop-up though. I believe at this time it is not possible.

Simply put, PDFFILLER has made my life a whole lot 'simpler'. I am no longer buried up to my eyeballs in paperwork (just up to my knees now! ha!) Since i began using PDFfiller, my desk is now, finally, Organized! Before PDFfiller - you couldnt even see the glass top on my computer desk., but now, since using PDFfiller, you can actually see every square inch of my desk! there isnt a single piece of paper 'waiting to be scanned', or filled out, so on and so forth. A Time Saver for Any Business who deals with PDFs Extremely satisfied. We had no idea how much time we were spending on PDF management prior to PDF Filler. A huge benefit for us when we discovered this tool. We work in a heavy regulatory environment, so the ability to edit and amend PDFs quickly and in a compliant manner is huge. The Tool is amazingly user friendly and a huge time saver. We'd like to see them expand to different document sets. As our business grows we anticipate additional unique document types. It does PDFs well but it limited.

Obtain an IRS Form SS-4 from the local IRS field agency. Fill in the forms which are intended for the applicant. Write your name as the third-party designee. Write your name on the bottom of the form and sign the same. Mail the document to the IRS office.
A decedent and their estate are separate taxable entities. To file this return you will need to get a tax identification number for the estate (called an employer identification number or EIN). An estate is required to file an income tax return if assets of the estate generate more than $600 in annual income.

Form SS-4, Application for Employer Identification Number, is used by businesses wishing to be assigned a tax identification number that identifies them as an employer. If approved, the IRS will then issue an employer identification number (EIN) that the business will use with their tax returns.
Sole Proprietorship If you are a sole proprietor, you will only need to apply for an EIN: If you have employees (or plan on hiring employees over the next 12 months) You have a Keogh plan. You are required to file a federal Employment tax return, Excise tax return, or Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms tax return.
There are four main types of business structures in the U.S.: sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability and corporation. Each structure has different tax, income and liability implications for businesses owners and their companies.
An Employer Identification Number (EIN) is also known as a Federal Tax Identification Number, and is used to identify a business entity. You may apply for an EIN in various ways, and now you may apply online. This is a free service offered by the Internal Revenue Service and you can get your EIN immediately.
Apply By EIN Toll-Free Telephone Service Taxpayers can obtain an EIN immediately by calling the Business & Specialty Tax Line at (800) 829-4933 between a.m. p.m. local time, Monday through Friday.
If you do not include a return fax number, it will take about two weeks. If you apply by mail, send your completed Form SS-4 (PDF) at least four to five weeks before you need your EIN to file a return or make a deposit.
To transfer EIN to new owner isn't possible. Wins, or Employer Identification Numbers, are not transferable from one business owner to another. There are circumstances in which a business owner may need a new EIN, however.
If your business address changes, you can simply notify the IRS using Form 8822-B, Change of Address-Business. If you want to change your business entity type, such as from a single-member LLC to a multiple-member LLC, complete IRS Form 8832. This is the same form would use if you wanted to change your tax status.
Generally, you need to apply to the IRS for a new Employer Identification Number, or EIN, for any new business. However, under certain conditions, you can use a previous EIN, such as for a limited liability company or a partnership.
Go to Company, then select My Company. From Company Information, select Edit From menu on the left, select Company Information. In the Federal Employer Identification No. field, enter the new EIN then select OK. Contact us so we can update your EIN in our records.
Research the new name. Start by checking the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Notify your secretary of state. Change licenses and permits. Notify the IRS. Apply for a new EIN. Update your business documents. Communicate with your customers.
Generally, businesses need a new EIN when their ownership or structure has changed. Although changing the name of your business does not require you to obtain a new EIN, you may wish to visit the Business Name Change page to find out what actions are required if you change the name of your business.
