Very easy to use. Not complicated at all. Compatible with every file I needed so far. I don't know how we got by before this program. I haven't come across anything I haven't liked yet. A great value for the price.

We are able to send files in real time as simply as sending an Email. You can have each person input their own data as well as sign documents all without having to print anything out. Of course that is huge in helping the environment.

I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. Let me start by saying I am an older (58), computer challenged kind of a guy. That said, I have found this program pretty easy to get around. I have been able to take a form my company uses and digitize it so I can actually read the responses people are giving me!! And to be able to store them electronically for future reference.

I was happy that I found my forms, but you should have said from the first that it was a trial, I do not remember being told that It would cost me, but that's ok, I filled out and printed 3 N-311 Hawaii forms, which printed 5 sheets, I will gladly pay for them, but I do not want to continue my subscription to pdfFiller. I don't think I will ever need it again, but I do thank you for being there when I needed you.
